As the year comes to an end at Valley View High School, the excitement begins. Students are earning credits toward graduation in an effort to complete their requirements in time to participate in the graduation ceremony. This year, Graduation will be held on Wednesday May 23 at 5PM in Gardiner Spring Auditorium on the Chaffey High School campus. Graduates must participate in the rehearsal on Tuesday May 22 to receive tickets for the ceremony.

All students are earning credits to finish in the summer, to be eligible for a fifth year senior status or to return to their home school.  Valley View students continue to earn variable credits up to the last week of school.

Students have signed up for Summer School which begins on Tuesday May 29 and continues through Thursday June 28. Space in very limited for Summer School so if a student has yet to sign up, s/he should come to school on Tuesday May 29 for availability on a first come, first serve basis.

Seniors who would like to apply for a fifth year status should turn in an application by May 11. Seniors must have 200 credits by the end of summer and be enrolled in Summer School or summer ROP classes to qualify. Seniors should also have good attendance and be in good standing at Valley View.

We encourage parents/ guardians to enroll in School Loop.  Students and their families get up-to-date information about grades, credits, attendance and in some cases, class assignments.  Through School Loop, emails can be sent to teachers for seamless communication. To enroll, contact the school at (909) 985-0966.
